Religious & Hebrew School Registration
Sunday morning ritual and cultural instruction for age 3 through 7th grade, weekday Hebrew language instruction for grades 3rd through 6th and additional pre-Bar or Bat Mitzvah readiness for youth and adults.
Enrollment in Religious and Hebrew School requires several components. Please begin by submitting your Partnership Pledge Form prior to completing Religious and/or Hebrew School registration! Participation in the education program is a privilege of partnership, and a Partnership commitment to CBH is required in order to enroll. The CBH Partnership Form for 2022-23 is available by clicking here. In addition to your Partnership Form, completed enrollment also requires an updated Emergency Medical Information Form, as well as, your initial school payment.
We appreciate your perseverance in filling out each of the forms.
In order to make our programs more financially accessible, there are payment options. You may choose to pay your entire balance at the time of enrollment or you may establish a ten-month payment plan. If you select the ten-month payment plan, you will need to set up monthly bill payments via your bank or complete the Education & Youth Credit Card Authorization Form. If your family is unable to pay full synagogue partnership fees or tuition, a request should be made to Pia Sieroty Spector, our Executive Director. Although scholarship funds are limited, Congregation Bet Haverim is strongly committed to making Jewish education available for all children and families. Please see our scholarship page for information and to request assistance. Please note that scholarship requests are due by August 26, 2022.
All CBH B’nai Mitzvah candidates must attend Sunday morning Religious School, which is offered for pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten through 7th grade students. The Hebrew School program begins at 3rd grade, and will be held on Wednesday afternoons. Students who start Hebrew later may not be grouped with age peers or may require private tutoring.
