Using familiar and High Holy Day melodies, we will bring in the new year with joy, celebration, and community. Hear the shofar, enjoy some apples, honey, and challah, and visit with friends. Pre-registration is required for this free event. Gather in the Redwood Grove beginning at 6:45 p.m.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is more than a meditation class and more than a stress reduction class. This program is an 8-week exploration of mindfulness that can touch every aspect of one's life. The first evening is an orientation that is open to everyone at no charge.
