A Healing Sound Bath

Monday, April 15, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Please join Rabbi Greg Wolfe, the Congregation Bet Haverim Partnership and Caring Committees, and Lois Pengilley for this special healing event.

This event is free for those who are healing from cancer as well as their caregivers and significant others as well as those healing or in recovery. Donations to Thriving Pink (Local breast cancer non-profit) or the Artists "New Gong Fund" will be accepted at the door.

A Sound Bath can be an unforgettable sound experience for those who seek deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and an acceleration of their inward journey.  Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation, and experience.  Different sound vibrations interact with our physical body and energetic bodies in beneficial ways.  Physical injuries can be healed, old and emotional traumas released, depression and anxiety relieved, your body’s natural healing system activated and great insights can be accessed.

Each person's experience with a sound bath is particular to them.  The results are waves of peace, heightened awareness, a clearing of the subconscious, as well as relaxation of the mind, body and spirit.  Sound healing is so effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies.

Come take a deep refreshing journey through the healing art of sound.

This is a laying down event, so bring your yoga mat, a blanket to cover yourself and a pillow.  Have water with you and wear warm comfortable clothes.  An eye pillow will be provided if you don’t have a favorite of your own.

Also, bring your own personal crystals as they can benefit as well.

For additional information contact Raychel Kubby Adler.
