2017-2018 Registration, Tuition and Financial Policies

Beginning your child's Gan Haverim journey

Registration

All families are assessed an annual registration fee, which is not applicable toward tuition charges. The registration fee and first month’s tuition are non-refundable.

Registration fee:  CBH partners: $100.00

Registration fee:  non-partners: $125.00

Registration fees, as well as first month's and last month's tuition are due upon admission to the school.  All subsequent tuition payments are due by the first of each month.  Tuition fees remain fixed regardless of school holidays, closures or early dismissal days.

All accounts not paid in full by the monthly due date will be assessed a late payment fee of $20.00. Any account delinquent for more than 15 days may be subject to termination of services.

Preschool day = 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Full Time day = 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Congregation Bet Haverim partners receive a 5% monthly tuition discount

 

Optional Services

 

Pre-care may be added to the Preschool day program at the following monthly rates:

  • Four days per week = $219.00
  • Three days per week =  $165.00
  • Two days per week =  $112.00
  • One day per week = $55.00

 

After-care may be added to the Preschool day program at the following monthly rates:

  • Four days per week = $330.00
  • Three days per week = $251.00
  • Two days per week = $165.00
  • One day per week = $80.00

 

Drop-in care also is available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis at the following rates:

  • $12.00 per hour
  • $58.00 for a Preschool day
  • $85.00 for a Full Time day

 

Drop-in care ALWAYS requires advance consultation with the Director.
