Mindful Moment Meditation
An interfaith mindfulness meditation group rooted in the teachings of wisdom and compassion. It is open to everyone and a donation is requested. This group will continue to meet virtually (the link is on this password-protected page), and you can also attend in person if you are vaccinated and wear a mask at all times.
