Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is more than a meditation class and more than a stress reduction class. This program is an 8-week exploration of mindfulness that can touch every aspect of one's life. The first evening is an orientation that is open to everyone at no charge. The class starts at 6:45 and finishes at 9:15 p.m.

Instructor Denise Dempsey has been teaching since 2003 and has led over 100 8-week classes.
Note: an MBSR alumni group will meet the same evenings, 5:30-6:30
